Creating and using an Asian Dating account means accepting these Terms & Conditions in full. Registration is open to adults who create a profile in their own name and keep their profile information accurate and current.

Harassment, impersonation, hate speech and any conduct intended to make another member feel unsafe are not permitted anywhere on the platform.

No fraudulent solicitation
Requesting money, gifts or financial information from another member under false pretenses is a serious breach of this agreement.

Blocking and reporting
Every member can block another account or submit a report at any time when a conversation feels uncomfortable or inappropriate. How your information is handled when you do so is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Shared obligations
Responsibilities of Members and the Platform
Trust on Asian Dating is a shared responsibility between the people who use the platform and the systems that support it.
Members agree to
- Keep profile details truthful and up to date
- Communicate honestly and respectfully with other members
- Protect their login credentials and report suspicious activity
- Follow the platform's conduct and content standards

- Dedicated anti-scam systems that work to prevent fraudulent activity
- Blocking and reporting tools for a respectful experience
- Both free and paid membership options for the community
Payment terms
Credits, Subscriptions and Billing
Core browsing on Asian Dating is available without payment, while select communication features run on a paid access model.
Free access
Registration, profile creation and browsing member profiles are available at no cost. Free members can also see who has viewed their profile.
Paid access
Extended messaging, translation and video features are unlocked through credit packages or a subscription plan, purchased and managed from your own account settings.
Your current subscription status, payment method and credit balance are always visible in your account under My Profile, Subscribe or Credits. Cancelling a recurring subscription stops the next renewal; step-by-step guidance is available on the FAQ page.
Account status
Suspension and Account Closure
Accounts remain in good standing as long as members follow this agreement.
An account may be suspended or closed for fraudulent behavior, repeated harassment of other members, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions. Members may also close their own account at any time from their account settings. Closing an account affects how your data is retained and used going forward, as described in the Privacy Policy.
